JOHN DEERE PULLS FOR EAA TEXAS FLY-IN

Successful fly-ins involve more than just airplanes. John Deere Corporation has generously loaned the EAA Texas Fly-In many of its fine products during the major aviation event at the Hondo Airport 1-2 June, 2007.

Twenty-five lightweight “Gator” utility vehicles and five farm tractors are at the disposal of the fly-in to move people and equipment before, during, and after hundreds of aircraft and aviation enthusiasts descend on the sleepy town just west of San Antonio.

This significant contribution of equipment will facilitate movement around the Hondo Airport and help make the whole operation run smoothly. The EAA Texas Fly-In is very grateful for the support of the John Deere Corporation.
